Your order will be made especially for you. Therefore, we kindly ask you not to order multiple sizes, but to refer to the size charts for each product or send your size query by email to info@aceandclay.com. If you are not satisfied with your order, we would be sorry to hear that, but of course you can return it.

Returns will be accepted within 14 working days of your arrival. All garments must be returned unworn, in 100% resalable condition and in their original packaging. If you wish to return an order, please send us an email with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. You are responsible for the return shipping and any associated costs. If we receive unauthorised returns, we will return them to the sender. The shipping costs for the returned package are to be borne by the customer.

Once an accepted return arrives at our warehouse, we will refund the money within five working days using the same method you used to send it to us.
