How long is the shipping time?

5-8 days within germany. 6-9 days within europe, 10-15 day rest of the world.

Which countries are you shipping to?

All countries in europe and Japan, Canada, United States.

How much are the shipping costs?

FREE SHIPPING FOR GERMANY ORDERS OVER 60€. BELOW 3,90€.
FREE SHIPPING FOR EU ORDERS OVER 100€. BELOW 8,90€.
The shipping costs within and outside of Germany equal the processing costs of the logistics provider, namely DHL. We sometimes discount shipping fees under specific conditions, like a minimum order value, within particular countries. The discount is automatically applied at the checkout.

Why haven't I received a shipping confirmation?

Once we carefully packed your order, we pass it on to the shipping provider. You will receive an automatically generated email from them, including a tracking number and further details.
